Stampin' Up - Balloon Celebration!

Hello!

I made a card for my 10-year-old niece today, I love the Balloon Celebration set and it's just right for a girly birthday card! I dabbed ink around some cloud-shaped masks to make the sky, I cut out the balloon, gave it a coat of glossy accents and raised it up on 3D pads. Simples! :)

Designs by Ryn, Leafy Branch

Hello!

Yesterday was so lovely and sunny and I felt that Winter was on its way out, but this morning it was very cold and raining again. I was reminded of the saying 'one swallow doesn't make a summer'!

I've used the pretty Leafy Branch from Designs by Ryn on this card, along with a Swallow stamp from Carabelle Studio.

Hope you like it, and thank you for visiting! Xx

A little watercolour painting...

Hello!

I had a lovely time painting this dear little poppy with Brusho paint today!

The stamps are from an old Stampin' Up set called Simply Sketched, so sweet. I'm loving my new Crealies dies too, the stitching around the edges is fab.

Thank you for visiting! Xxx

Balloon Celebration and Bow Builder Punch...

Hello blogsters!

I had happy post today, so exciting! I bought the lovely Balloon Celebration bundle and the Bow Builder punch. The balloons that I've stamped on this card are 2-layer, a solid background and then the shaded section at the bottom of the balloon, so pretty! The colours I've used are Blushing Bride and Mint Macaron. These are all available in my shop by clicking on the Stampin' Up logo to the right.

The frame was cut using a Crealies die and the little sentiment is from a retired SU set called Bloomin' Marvellous.

Thank you for visiting, big hug! Xxx

Just a quickie!!

Hello lovely crafty peeps!

I needed to make a birthday card for a young teenage boy, quickly! (I'm terrible, I'm always a day late sending cards and I really don't have the excuse that I haven't got a card to send, do I?!).

It's very tricky to make for teenage boys, I'm waiting for Stampin' Ups new Balloon Celebration bundle to arrive and then I can make a huge stock of 'boy/men cards!' Anyway, as the balloons haven't arrived yet, I thought this CAS cake card would do fine!

Thanks for visiting! Xx

A Cath Kidston inspired card...

I'm not ashamed to say it, my daughter and I are big Cath Kidston fans!! These Stippled Blossoms (retired Stampin Up) really remind me of the lovely roses in the Cath Kidston designs...

The background is a gelli print, the leaves are from the Kinda Eclectic set from Stampin Up and the sentiment is from the fab Sky's the Limit freebie set. Hope you like it!

Thanks for visiting xxxx

Last chance!

Hello bloggers!

You've only got until the 15th February to get this fab stamp set (Sky is the Limit) FREE from Stampin' Up!

Spend £45 in my store (link on the right) and choose a free gift from the Sale-a-bration catalogue. :)

I masked off a strip in the middle of this card, rubbed distress ink over it, then splattered water over the strip to make the white spots. The aeroplane I stamped, cut out and raised with sticky pads. A few little hot fix hearts and away we go!!

Thank you for visiting, big hug! Xxx
