Designs by Ryn Silhouette doves...

Hello blog peeps!

I had some happy, happy post the other day from Ryn (Designs by Ryn) and in the happy post were several of Ryn's stamps... One of them was her pretty Silhouette doves, a set of two stamps.  I've teamed them with the sentiment from Visible Image, the letter from the Artistic Stamper and Tim Holtz's quill from the writing desk die.  I used distress inks to make the background (antique linen and frayed burlap) and added accents of aged mahogany, I don't very often use that colour but I really like it here with the other creamy/brown tones.

I hope you like it!  Thank you for your visit, big hugs! xxx

Hey Wendy, I love the distressed look to this. It looks like old parchment which goes so well with the quill. Also love how you stamped the smaller doves in lighter brown. They look further away. Beautiful!

Love the aged look of this design, it's a beautiful card that I think is equally perfect for a woman as for a man , and as you already might know I love that about a card!
