I'm loving both my Bister powders and the new Tim Holtz Runway stamps! The background for this card was made with blue Bister and the flowers and dress were coloured with Spiced Marmalade Distress Ink.

Beautiful background and I love how the vibrant orange makes a contrast to the softer blue. Very nice and feminine.
