Hello!
Well, my Stampotique pieces went down like a lead balloon, so I've gone back to the beautiful Hibiscus stamps from Designs by Ryn because I know you all love those haha!!
I stamped and embossed the flowers and coloured them with Twinkling H2Os from ColourArte. The background is Tumbled Glass Distress Ink with a baby wipe dabbed through the Petals stencil from The Artistic Stamper. The girl on the swing is a Banksy Inspired stamp from Bee Crafty. I hope you like it...
Twinkling H2O colours are: Wisteria, Blushing Rose, Cranberry, Blue Grass, Pretty Peridot.

Oh dear that has made me laugh! They aren't to my taste particularly, but the backgrounds are fab. Now this card is gorgeous, beautiful colours and those Ryn Hibiscus stamps are so lovely xx
Lol. I say do what you are inspired to do and there will always be someone out there who thinks it's amazing! Your cards are always well done no matter what style you work in. Love the whimsy feel of this one. The subtle texture in the blue background, flower centres, how the swing is coming out from beneath the flowers... Thanks so much!
Love the Banksy girl on swing with Ryns hibiscus stamp, great card!
Love

Hi Wendy, Very beautiful design, love the colouring on the flowers. Yes pretty Hibiscus stamps are more 'up my alley' but that doesn't mean there is anything wrong with the popular 'scary' stampotique images, they are kinda cool just not my style :) Your artwork is always wonderful. Enjoy your time off ! Hugs, Shirleyxx
ps... I agree with what Ryn said, "do what inspires you" as your art is meant to make your heart happy, it's just bonus if the rest of world likes it too :) xxx
Hey Wendy each to their own. Yesterday's was just different. However I do absolutely love flowers. This is beautiful. Gorgeous colours x
